Introduction
Your Tasks
- As a team leader, you are responsible for managing 4 employees and planning work in the areas of receiving/shipping and warehousing
- This includes monitoring and managing inventory, ensuring material availability, and conducting regular inventory counts
- You should continuously optimize the workflows and processes within your team
- You also ensure compliance with legal regulations, guidelines, and quality standards in the warehouse
- To this end, you conduct regular quality checks at goods receiving and coordinate with other departments
- You report directly to the Head of Production
Your Strengths
- Completed training and relevant continuing education in logistics
- You have prior professional experience in warehouse logistics and some leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CAD is desirable, also a basic understanding of materials processing
- Basic knowledge of electronics is a plus
- You possess strong organizational skills, a focus on quality, and a hands-on approach
- In addition, you are known for your independent, reliable, and conscientious work ethic
