Introduction
Your Tasks
- You will work in our Order Management team
- Your tasks will include checking and entering orders and processing them in German and English
- You will organize shipping and customs clearance for national and international deliveries
- Working closely with our customers and internal departments, you will ensure that deliveries are made on time
- You will be responsible for invoicing orders
Your Strengths
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in order processing is desirable, but technical knowledge is not required
- You have good MS Office skills
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills
- You also have a careful and independent working style and are a good team player
- Ideally, you have advanced knowledge of customs law
- Very good German skills are required, good English skills are also important
- A class B driver's license is required
